How I work
An Affirming Space
Finding the right therapist can be a challenge. Especially for people who are queer or neurodivergent. Everyone deserves to be heard and their identity respected and sadly many people in marginalised communities do not feel heard in therapy.
At the moment I only offer therapy to individual adults. I do not currently offer couples counselling nor do I work with under 18s
Gender and Sexuality
I have a particular focus on working with all forms of gender, sexual and romantic diversity including trans and non-binary people, asexual and aromantic people, polyamory and ethical non monogamy, and kink.
Neurodivergence
I try to provide a space that is inclusive to neurodivergent folk - in particular autistic and ADHD clients. Therapy can be difficult for some and I try to tailor my approach to each individuals neurotype. Fidgets are available in the room and encouraged (I use them all the time in sessions!)
Client Led
My approach to therapy is integrative with a strong leaning towards humanistic and existential modalities. I believe that the client is the master of their own reality and will let you take the led in our session work. There's no one size fits all approach to therapy so I will tailor my style to fit with the needs of each client
